Backtesting limitations
Backtested results are hypothetical. They are constructed using historical data and assumptions and do not represent actual client trading. The XAUUSD research snapshot for the InsomniCap Proprietary Algorithm on this website is a single historical simulation, not a live performance record, and does not show what any subscriber achieved. Results may be affected by data quality, selection bias, overfitting, transaction costs, financing, fees, liquidity, market gaps, outages, and conditions that did not occur in the test period.
Market risk
Markets may move rapidly, gap, or become illiquid. Prices and conditions can change without warning, and losses may develop faster than expected. Risk controls reduce specific exposures; they cannot prevent every loss.
Trade setup risk
A trade setup is information, not a guaranteed outcome or instruction to trade. Market conditions may change after a setup is published. Members remain responsible for deciding whether a setup is suitable for them and for every action they take.
Technology and connectivity risk
Software defects, security incidents, network interruption, stale data, dependency failure, channel-provider outages, muted notifications, device settings, and delayed delivery can cause a setup to be inaccurate, unavailable, delayed, or missed. Engineering controls reduce specific failure modes; they do not eliminate risk.
Trading product risk
Leveraged and complex trading products carry a high risk of rapid loss and are not suitable for everyone. Product terms, charges, eligibility requirements, and risk disclosures vary by provider and jurisdiction. Review every document applicable to the products and services you choose to use.
Pre-launch status
InsomniCapital is not currently accepting soft-launch subscriptions through this website. The channel subscription will provide educational trade setups only and will not connect to, control, or trade a member's account.
